To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:Click the "Manage FAQ" button.Then, in your website administration, click on "Add" and select the "Question & Answer" option.Each new question and answer should be assigned to a category.Save and publish these.You can edit, rearrange, and select different categories for your FAQs at any time.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps:Open the app settings.Click on “Manage FAQs”.Create or select a question to which you want to add media.When editing your answer, click on the icon for image, video, or GIF.Add media from your library and save it.

You can manage the title in the app's settings tab. If you don't want to display the title, simply disable it under "Show info".
