METASONIC EDITION

The Metasonic Edition is the first edition from LUNASON Editions and is dedicated to musical works that emerge from the world of Metasonic Sound.

The focus is on the work itself and its musical interpretation.

Compositions will be published in which LUNASON instruments, their unique sonic characteristics, and the concept of Metasonic Sound become an integral part of the musical language. This includes works for Metasonic Instruments, Metasonic Strings, and Metasonic Resonators, as well as compositions that combine these with traditional instruments, ensembles, or other sound bodies.

The Metasonic Edition deliberately understands musical notation in a broader sense. Music need not be exclusively written in classical notation. Depending on the work, it can be conveyed through traditional scores, graphic notation, performance instructions, open forms, text, symbols, or other specially developed notational forms.

What is crucial is not the form of notation, but that the musical idea of a work is conveyed precisely, comprehensibly and interpretably.

Thus, within the Metasonic Edition, an ongoing collection of works is created that makes new instrumental possibilities and an independent sound language accessible for musical practice.

Metasonic Edition does not only publish scores.

She creates the sheet music for the Metasonic Sound.
